Week 24- Catholic School's Week!

Happy Catholic Schools Week! This week is filled with lots of exciting activities.
Monday - Free dress day for students who wore their uniform to mass this weekend. Make sure to sign the coupon emailed on Friday for your child and send it to school with them. 
Tuesday - crazy sock day 
Wednesday - red, white, and blue accessory day 
Thursday - crazy tie day 
Friday - field day!! 

Here is a peek at the week: 
Reading - We will continue our focus from last week about nature. There are is not a new sound or sight words. Instead we'll continue with /g/ and our words are find, from, on, but, this, came. We will read the story From Caterpillar to Butterfly and learn about the life cycle of a butterfly. We continue to practice with proper nouns. 

Math - This week's focus is about counting on and counting back. We'll have some fun hands on games for the students to perfect this skill!

Religion - We will continue to learn about Jesus' miracles. Also we have some fun Catholic School's week activities planned too.
